Smoothies are perfect for cooling and soothing the body. For the mango lovers of this world this one is for you. The base is easy:-
1 cup frozen mango (organic)
1 1/2 fresh banana
Big spoon or so of natural yoghurt
Tbsp Collagen powder (optional)
Blend up and bowl up.
Basically, you can top your smoothie bowl with any fruits to make it look pretty and add extra nutritional benefits. Remember, all the different colours mean different nutrients. Blueberries, raspberries, lots of extra fresh mango, sprinkles of dried coconut and toasted muesli.
